Latest Breaking News - Jagan Gets Bail, Y.S Jagan got bail from CBI Court, YSR Party president Y.S Jagan got bail.
One of the most popular and contraversy person in Indian Politics especially in Andhra Pradesh Politics & Media - The YSR Congress Party chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy finally got bail after spending 16 months at Chanchalguda jail in Hyderabad.
CBI Court filed more than 10 chage sheets againt Y.S Jagan in somany cases. Jagan tried to get bail and applied more than 6 times for bail to court but every time CBI court rejected his bail petition. Finally, Supreme Court ordered the CBI to complete the investigations on Jagan case by 2nd week of September.
CBI Court had imposed conditions on granting bail to Y.S Jagan. Below are the some of the conditions :
1. Jagan should not leave Hyderabad with out permission of the Court
2. Jagan should not speak to the accused in the Jagan Case.
3. Two Suirities had to be submitted worth 2 lakhs to the CBI Court.
